Al Williams, Co–Owner

Al WilliamsWith close to a decade of front-line experience in the post frame industry, Williams is very familiar with the needs and expectations of today’s post frame customers. For him, the ability to serve customers with true integrity, is a tremendous opportunity.

“For me, Integrity is more than just a company. Our goal is not to maximize share price, but rather to give the best building and service,” says Williams. “We are not driven by how quickly we move from one project to the next, but by doing the best job and paying detailed attention to each aspect of the building.”

Williams manages the sales team and daily operations of the company.

Jerry Myer, Co–Owner

Jerry MyerAs a true Albertan cowboy, Myer is proud to be a Co–Owner of Integrity Post Structures. His responsibilities include planning, crew management, business development and daily management operations.

Myer enjoys the challenges and opportunities of the post frame industry. “Our past successes don’t guarantee a successful future,” says Myer. “That is why we work hard to continually evolve and refine how we work to become the best post frame company out there.”

Irvin Goodon, Quality Assurance Manager

Irvin GoodonKnown as the Pioneer of Post Frame construction in Canada, Goodon brings a long track record of success in the industry to Integrity. With roots in the business going back to 1951, he was instrumental in bringing post frame buildings–an efficient and economical building alternative for the agricultural community–to the Western Canadian landscape. He is passionate about transferring that knowledge and merging that information with the latest advances in the industry.

“The management of this company has demonstrated the importance of integrity in all aspects of their business and have a reputation for excellence. I look forward to helping build on its previous successes, particularly as the company expands into new territory.”

Today, Goodon monitors and ensures high quality levels in a number of areas in the business.

Jerome Kleinsasser, Crew Manager

Jerome KleinsasserWith more than two decades of construction management experience, Kleinsasser has developed a sharp eye for both large and small issues to address when building post frame. Over the years, he has managed crews who have constructed hundreds of buildings across Western Canada ranging in size and complexity. Whether it be an acreage building or a commercial riding arena, Kleinsasser’s crews are in high demand because of their skill and professional attitudes.

“Our crews are passionate about making high quality buildings,” says Kleinsasser. “That is a fundamental difference between us and the others. We are proud of our work and take the time to do it right the first time.”

Bre Volansky, Office Manager

Bre VolanskyThe first contact many customers make at Integrity is with the cheerful voice of Bre Volansky. Volansky manages many of the daily operations of the busy construction headquarters.

“I really enjoy being part of the growth of Integrity into one of the biggest post frame companies in Western Canada,” says Volansky. “And I appreciate how people at the company treat others with respect.”

Having grown up on a ranch in Southern B.C., Volansky remains active in the horse industry. When not in the office, you can find her working one of her horses preparing for a team cattle penning event.

Dave Marsh, Sales

Dave MarshWith over 20 years of sales experience, Dave Marsh believes in an honest, no-nonsense approach to working with customers. “I want my customers to be happy,” says Marsh. “My aim is to deliver the product and service that they expect and deserve.”

His territory includes the Southern sections of Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Manitoba.

When not on the road, Marsh enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures and spending time with his family.

Jason Murrell, Sales

Jason MurrellJason Murrell has been in the residential and commercial building trade for over 20 years. “Being a journeyman carpenter I am glad to be connected with a company that takes pride in quality construction,” says Murrell. “I am looking forward to meeting new people and helping them get the post frame building they dream of.” In his spare time, Murrell coaches and plays hockey, golf and other sports with his family.

His territory includes the Northern sections of Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Manitoba.
